Supporting Independent Butchers.

The Scotch Butchers Club is home to independent butchers who choose to stock Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb and/or Specially Selected Pork. We work with them and support them to promote the best cuts of beef, lamb and pork that they source direct from local farms.
